Cindy has been a certified public accountant for over twenty-five years. During that time, she has gained experience in public accounting running her own firm as well as working with other CPA firms. She has experience in industry both from the public accounting standpoint and as a controller giving her a unique perspective that is extremely helpful to her clients. Cindy knows what it means to run a business in the day to day operations as well as plan and prepare for tax compliance. Her clients appreciate her well rounded approach and insightful recommendations.
In her spare time, Cindy enjoys travelling and spending time with her husband of twenty-eight years and her two adult daughters. She is active in supporting local non-profits both as volunteer and board member.

Rachel A. Randolph
Business Strategist | Organizational Anthropologist
A graduate of the University of Tennessee – Knoxville , Rachel earned her Bachelor’s in Anthropology while gaining extensive experience in sociological research, fieldwork, and business leadership. She utilizes these skills to help business leaders analyze and develop grand strategies to ensure the long-term goals of their organization. Rachel’s passion is to aid business owners in understanding and encouraging the micro-culture within their organizations through custom analysis and application; tackling topics such as growth, diversification, integration, and stabilization efforts.
Rachel enjoys travelling and being involved in community events. She can often be found volunteering for and serving on the board of directors as Treasurer at local non-profit, A Hand Up For Women.
